It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Grace Wangari Kamau (Nyina wa Diana) of Mwimuto Village, Lower Kabete.
She was the beloved wife of the late Edward Kamau Ng’ang’a (Mundu wa Mama).
Daughter of the late Kiarie wa Mucumari and Joyce Wanjiku Kiarie.
Loving mother of Kenneth Ng’ang’a, Diana Wambui, the late Anthony Kiarie, the late Evanson Waihumbu, Alice Wanjiku, Margaret Nyakio, Anne Njeri, Rose Waithira Sister of Margaret Waithira Ngarama, Jane Wanjiru Kariuki and the late Henry Njenga Kiarie, Eliud Ngugi, and Alex Koigi.
She was a cherished mother-in-law of the late Margaret Wanjiku, Eddy Kimemia, Shanton Pertet, the late John Mùini and Catherine Waihumbu.
Grace was a proud grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother of many.
Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Mwimuto Village from 5:00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.
The cortege leaves M.P. Shah Hospital Mortuary on Wednesday, 16th July 2025 at 9:00am.
The funeral service and burial will take place at her home in Mwimuto Village from 11:00am.
