It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of our beloved Engineer Patrick Kagombe Mwega, which occurred on 13th January 2026 at Mater Hospital, Nairobi, after a short illness.
Son of Peter Mwega Njihia and the late Esther Nyambura Mwega. Loving father of Alycia Nyambura Kagombe and Richelle Shimli Kagombe.
Cherished brother of Teresia Kabura, Dominic Ndung’u, Margaret Wanjiku, Monica Wangari, Mary Wanjiru, Ann Njoki, Lucy Gathoni, and the late Agnes Njeri.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his residence in River Park Estate, Athi River, and at his rural home in Nturukuma, Nanyuki.
The burial will take place on Thursday, 22nd January 2026 at his rural final resting place in Mahinga, Miharati, Kipipiri, Nyandarua County.
The cortege will leave Mater Hospital Mortuary on the same day.
