It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of our Mum, Elizabeth, Last born daughter of the late Sia Mawa and late Serah Wanza Mawa.
She was wife of late Benard Mbatha and is survived by her children, Ruth Mbatha-Oughton, Francis Itumo Mbatha, Pauline Wanjiku Mbatha, Eunice Wanza Kuria, Moses Nzioka Mbatha, David Kioko Mbatha and Jackie Gathoni Ngare.
She was grand-mother of Sophie, Kevin, Matthew, Diane and Natasha.
She was sister of Magdalena Mbaika Ngūmbī (Makīndu), Deacon Nelson Kīmūlū Sia, Rebecca Mbūlwa Kīnyingī and late Agnes Mwatī Kyengo.
Family and friends are meeting daily at 5.30pm at Nairobi Baptist church from Tuesday 7th October 2025 to Thursday 9th October 2025.
