It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Dr. Martin Kirimi Thuranira – The County Director of Health Meru .
Beloved son of the late Thuranira and Sarah Ncheri, husband of Lilian G. Kamene – Ministry of Health, Kirinyaga County.
Father to Sandra Gatwiri – Kenyatta university and Justin Munene – Kagumo High.
He was brother of Judith Nkirote, the late Leah Kagwiria, Patrick Kaimenyi and Mercy Kanana.
Son in Law of Mr. and Mrs. Allan Kamene. He was brother in law, uncle, nephew and cousin of many.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Mwanika – Kithoka, Westwind Hotel Meru and Kiirua daily from 4:00 pm.
The cortege leaves Cool Breeze Funeral Home Meru on Thursday 23rd October 2025 at 08:00 am, followed by a funeral service at M.C.K Mwanika Methodist Church next to Fred’s academy.
Thereafter the burial will be at his home in Mwanika Village, Kithoka location.
‘’I have fought a good fight, I have finished the race and I have kept the faith’’ 2 Timothy 4:7.
