It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Dr. Cllr. Samuel Kibaro Cheptoo – former Deputy Mayor Kabarnet Municipality, which occurred on the 6th of March 2026 after a short illness.
He was a loving husband of Rael Kimoi Cheptoo. A cherished father of Enock Koskei Cheptoo, Nicholas Rutto Kibaro, Daniel Kibet Cheptoo, Mary Jerop Kibaro, Isaiah Kipkemoi Kibaro, the late Sarah Jebii Kibaro, Titus Kiprotich Kibaro, Esther Jepchumba Kibaro and Caroline Jebichii Kibaro.
He was father-in-law of Beatrice, Hellen, Fredrick, Rebecca, Sammy and Daniel. He was a loving grand father of many.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily for prayers and support at his Kaprogonya home, Kabarnet – Baringo County.
Fundraising to meet funeral expenses will be held on Wednesday 11th March, 2026 at his Kabarnet home from 2.00pm.
He will be laid to rest on Saturday 14th March, 2026 at his Kabarnet home from 9.00am.
