It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that the Board and Management of TEWASCO announce the passing of Charles Maina Ndiritu, which occurred on 1st February 2026.
Until his demise, he was an employee of Tetu Water and Sanitation Company (TEWASCO).
He was a loving husband of Catherine Wangui. Devoted Father of Cynthia Wanjiru and Ryan Ndiritu.
Charles was the son of Josephat Ndiritu and Catherine Wanjiru.
Brother of Alice Mburu, Jane Kabutu, Lydia Mukenye, Cecilia Ndirangu, Agnes Njogu, and Lucy Nguta.
Son-in-law of Peter Kahuga and Agnes Wahito.
Father-in-law of Boniface Wang’ombe. He was a beloved grandfather of Tywin and Taelynn.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Karathi Village for prayers and burial preparations.
The cortege will leave Mukurweini Funeral Home on Wednesday 11/2/2026 at 9:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service and burial at Karathi Village, Ithekahuno Sub-Location, Aguthi Location, Nyeri County.
