It is with profound sorrow that we announce the demise of Ben Banda who worked with the State Department for Youth affairs and Creative Economy and was stationed at, Kibwezi in Makueni County.
He was son of the late Moses Banda Wafula and Priscilla Lusike Banda. Husband of Ruth Kamula and Gladys Mbega.
Father of Skilta Nissi, Mush Paris and the late Sani Santa. Son in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Kamula and Mr.and Mrs. Mbega.
Brother of Josephine, Catherine, Edward, Dauglas, Eunice, the late Emily, Dr. Mayende (KYU), Rodgers, Jackton, Christine and the late Abednego.
Brother in-law of Gerald, Joshua, Nantale, Susan, Belinda, Joy, Joselyn and Geoffrey.
Uncle of Elisha, Collins, Zipporah, Stephen, Termima, Felicity, Yvonne, Sherlyn, Amanda and others.
Nephew of the late William, the late Ben, Pr. John, the late Gabriel, Jane Nafula and others.

Burial plans have been ongoing at his native home.
The cortège leaves Delight Funeral Home on 10th December 2025 for an overnight vigil at his rural home of Kibisi village, Kimilili within Bungoma County.
Burial service and interment will take place on 11th December 2025 at his rural home
