We announce the death of Anne (Nungari) Thuiya Wa Thairu.
Daughter of the late Paul Thairu Njurang’a and the late Patricia Kabura Thairu of Kahingaini Village, Lower Kabete.
Beloved mother of Janice Wambui Thairu.
Sister of the late Francis Ngugi, Stephen Gichana, the late Leonard Nganga and Humphery Mbugua Thairu.
Sister in law of Anne Wairimu Ngugi, Jane Wanjiru Gichana, Edith Nganga and Pastor Agnes Thairu. Auntie of Anthony Thairu among others.
Friends and family are meeting daily at Kahingaini village at 4.00pm and at ACK St Mark’s Church, Westlands on Wednesday and Thursday at 5.30pm.
There will a Service on Sunday, 21st September Kahingaini Village at 3.00pm.
Funeral Service will be on Tuesday 23rd September 2025 at ACK St Mark’s Church, Westlands at 10.30 am followed by interment thereafter at Langata Cemetery.
