It was with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Rtd Assistant Inspector General Mr. Joseph Ang’asa Ngisa who passed on 23rd August 2025.
He worked in government until 2016, when he retired and joined Tononoka Steel Limited, a private business institution, where he worked until his demise.
Son of late John Ngisa and Sabina Moraa. Husband of Fridah Kwamboka.
Loving father of Everlyne, Jared, Irene, Lilian, Shem, Linet and Anthony.
Father-in-law of Sarah, Wambua, Duke and Ruth.
Brother of the late Otondi, Nyaundi, Osoro, Mark, Jane, the late Ong’esa, Martha, Fredrick. Brother-in-law of Peter Guto among others.
A doting grandfather of Emmanuel, Shania, Trevis, Zawadi, Lencer, Leon, Stacy, Titan, Damian, Dalian, Dalton & Sharon. Parent-in-law (Korera) of James Makabe, Simon Gichana, Alphayo Momanyi and Veronicah Wambua.
He was a beloved friend and mentor to many.
The cortege leaves Nyangena Hospital Mortuary on Thursday 11th September 2025.
Burial will be held on Friday,12th September 2025 at his home in Esamba I village, Nduru Boys, South Mugirango Central, Bogetenga Ward, South Mugirango Constituency.
