The family of the late David Muchembi Waweru announces his peaceful passing on 9th July 2026 at KNH.
Son of late Elijah Waweru Muchembi and late Margaret Njoki Waweru.
Beloved husband of Jane Nyambura Muchembi.
Loving father of Elias Waweru and Julius Kamau. Father in law of Celaphine Wambui Waweru.
Son-in-law of late Julius Kamau Gatune and Saweria Wanjiku Kamau.
Brother of John Kamande, Lydia Wanjiru and Mary Njeri.
Grandfather of Amaya Nyambura and Kemi Milana.
Brother in law of Ephantus Mwangi, John Muya, Wangechi, Waiguru and Chege.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his residence at Thunguma – off Nyeri-Karatina road, at 5:30 PM.
There will be a memorial service at PCEA Ruringu church on Wednesday 15th July 2026 starting at 3:00 PM.
The cortege will leave Nyeri Funeral Home (Outspan) on Friday 17th at 8:00 AM for funeral service at PCEA Ruringu Church from 10:00 AM followed by burial at his home, Thunguma.
