It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of our beloved Mzee Bramwel Twamba Wasike, affectionately known as Painito, who departed this life on 6th July 2026.
He was the beloved son of the late Charles Wasike Pungulu of Batilu clan and Selina Nabangala Wasike of Bamulika Clan. A devoted husband of Hilda Akeyo, Bramwel was a loving father of Joseph, Martin, the late Frank, Elias, Clinton, George, Kaptein, and Sharon.
He was a cherished brother of Margret, Raphael, Oliver, Joan, Irene, and Deliah.
He was also a beloved brother-in-law of Dr. Jacob Wanyama (Bungoma West Hospital), Amos Wafula, Joseph Nangulwa, Matilda Pungulu, Mary Wakoli, and Hellen Wafula.
He was a dear nephew of Juliet, Nalianya, Ambassador Jack Tumwa, Caleb Kapten, Florence Nanjala, Violet Khisa, Rachel Wefwafwa, Jackline, the late Kirui, Fred, Alice, and Loise.
He leaves behind many nieces and nephews, including Stella, Sam, Friday, Paul, Martin, Elias, Clinton, George, Kaptein, Sharon, Bridie, Yonah, Holyfield, Julia, Brian, Dennis, Phinielines, Ahaz, Derrick, Emmanuel, Patrick, Kevin, Esther, Sally, Ezra, Heblon, Angela, Emmanuel, Sarah, Marydiana, Michelle, Stephen, and Ruth, as well as numerous cousins, relatives, friends, and loved ones who will forever cherish his memory.
The funeral service and burial will be held today, Tuesday, 14th July 2026, at his home in Ngoli Village, Machakha Location, Webuye West Sub-County, Bungoma County, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
