It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of our beloved Mwalimu Mark Lwugi of Naliava Village Sabane Sub-Location Kakamega County, which occurred on 22nd March 2026, at Bungoma Life Care Hospital.
He is a son of the late Ketoyo Odanga and Beliha Musedi.
Beloved husband of Madam Elizabeth Lwugi. Brother of Eprahim, the late Zainabu, Bennah, Samson, Selina, Truphosa, Kezia, Musa, Airen, Dorika, Jamin, Ezinapher, Ezina Dishon, Joash, Dehina, Loise, Yohana, Milka, Nathan, Phanice among others.
Brother in-law of Herman, David, Tabitha, Noel, Selenge, Rachel and Solomon among others.
Father of the late Sherad, the late Derick, Mmboga, the late Patience, Prudence, Aggrey, Rose, Douglas, Isaac, Mercy, Joyce Adrew, Major David and Tom.
Father In-law of the late Jambi, Gladys, John, Johnny, Jane, Rob, Ruth, Esther, Robert, Major Linet and Meddy.
He had 35 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The cortège leaves Kakamega Mortuary on 23 rd April 2026 to his home in Naliava village.
The funeral service will be held on 25 th April 2026 at Shiveye Primary School followed by the burial at his home in Naliava village.
