It is with heavy hearts that we announce the promotion to glory of James Gichuru Mwathi that occurred on Wednesday 8th April 2026 .
He was son of the late Geoffrey Mwathi and Mary Wairimu. He was brother of the late Ann Wanja, Godwin Murang’a, the late Fredrick Njoroge, Florence Wambuku, the late Evans Muriu, John Kuria, the late Sarah Wanjiru and the late David Gathu.
He was husband of Joyce Wanjiku. He was father of Ellis Mwathi, MaryAnn Wairimu, Samuel Njenga (USA), Abigael Wanjiru, Rose Wanja (Australia).
The funeral date is on Monday 20th April 2026.
The funeral service will be held at PCEA Ondiri Church and thereafter burial at his Ondiri farm.
