She was the wife of the late Henry Mwai Waweru.
Only daughter of the late Lucas and Rachel Wangari Kuria.
Mother of Margaret Mwai and Sam Njonjo, Florence Mwai and Willy Mungai, Mary and the late Terensius Gakuo, Dr. Alice and Bishop David Hinga, Rachel and the late Dr. Gabriel Maritim, Esther and Reverend Joseph Kabuya, Agnes and James Kahero, Rev. George and Florence Mwai, Jenifer and John Wangonya, Lucas Mwai and the late Anne Mwai.
Only sister of Samuel Kimani Kuria and Hezron Waweru Kuria and the late John Waithaka, Daniel Njoroge (Fundi), Stephen Wakaba, Joseph Kori, Solomon Goko, James Muturi, and Eliud Thuku Kuria.
Sister in law of Wanjiru Wathegi and the late Wamae, Gutu and Ikonya Waweru.

Prayers and meetings are going on at her home in Ndumberi, Kiambu.
The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home on Tuesday, 2nd September, 2025 at 8.00 am followed by The Requiem Mass to be at The Holy Family Catholic Parish-Mugumo, Kiambu at 11.00 am followed by her interment at her Mugumo Farm.
