We announce the demise of Julius Kogei Bett. Born to the late Simeon Kibet Ayabei and the late Magdaline Kimoi Kibet at Tamket Village, Sigoro Sub-Location, Lembus kwen Ward, Eldama Ravine, Baringo County.
He was brother of the late Timothy, the late Joshua, the late Mary and Ann Cheboi. Husband of Grace Sugut and Milka Chepkirwa. He was father of Kimutai (Kuwait), Ian (Australia), Angela (Eldoret), Mercy (MTRH), Roy (Canada), Jebiwott (Kabarak) and Jelimo (Strathmore).
Son-in-law of the late Cllr. Daniel Sugut and Priscilla Sugut, and Elijah and and Magdaline Mammet.
Cousin of Ezekiah, Esther, the late Noah, Elizabeth, Luka, Dinah, Miriam, Tito, Ann, Margaret, Julia, Desmond, Mary, Kipchumba and Agnes.
Uncle of Davy, Brian, Festus, Daniel, Jerono, Jepkurui, Jepchumba, Boaz and Kipruto. He was grandfather of many.
Online Fundraiser is ongoing. The main fundraiser will be on 7th April at Home Sigoro.
Funeral will be held on Thursday 9th April 2026 at his home Sigoro, Tamket Village, Eldama Ravine.
