We are sad to inform you of the death of Engineer Edward Muigai after a short illness.
Edward was the beloved husband of Patricia Wambui. Father of Allan Mwaura and Lily Okeyo Muigai Judy Mae Muthoni and the late Alex Njoroge, and grandfather of Curtis and Alexa.
He was the son of the late Hosea Muigai and the late Judith Muthoni and the son-in-law of the late Alexander and the late Isabella Getao.
He was the brother of Alice Wambui, the late Geoffrey Kariu, the late Rufus Gakonyo, the late Ruth Wanjiru, Richard Munyoroku, Elvis Njuguna and Stephen Wang’ombe.
He was a loving uncle, in-law, friend and neighbour to many.
We will all cherish fond memories of his cheerfulness, positive outlook, generosity, leadership and faithfulness.
There will be a memorial service at the Nairobi Baptist Church, Ngong Road, at 10 a.m. on Friday 27 March 2026.
His funeral service will be held at 11am on Saturday 28 March 2026 at Kiamunyi Farm near Nakuru Town.
