It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Omondi Otieno (Tez) which occurred on 5th March 2026 after a short illness at Karen Hospital.
Son of the late Samuel Otieno Atong and the late Consolata Otieno.
Son in law of Reverend Japheth Makau Mutua and the late Bernice Kamene Mutua.
Husband of Fidelia Kaswii Omondi.
Brother of Eunice Akinyi, Betty Tindi, the late Joshine Atieno, Fredrick Atong, Charles Otieno, Akello Otieno and Winnie Osawa.
Brother in law of Pastor Nathan Makau, Benjamin Makau, Judith Makau, Christine Atong and Lamla Odhiambo.
Cousin of Mackay Ndowo, Dan Arum, Kenneth Okollo, Lilly Omeme among others.
He was nephew of Pamela Okollo, Elisha Atong and Jecton Atong.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his residence in Acacia village, Rongai.
The requiem mass will be held on Thursday 19th at Parklands Baptist Church, Westlands at 11am.
The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home on 20th and laid to rest on 21st March 2026 at his home in Ongeche village, Katho Sub-location, Kobura
