The Board and Management of Metropol Corporation Ltd together with the family of the late Dennis regret to announce the untimely demise of Dennis Okere Amboka on 8th March 2026.
Dennis was the beloved son of the late Severio Amboka and Rispah Auma Amboka.
He was the loving husband of Vivian Wamalwa and a devoted father of Tecy Nekesa Wamalwa, Matt Xavier, Adele Amaya Okere, Warren Walt Okere and Jair Marko Okere.
He was a cherished brother of Jentrix, Gaudencia, Florence, Lilian, Dorothy, Meshack, Roselidah, Stella, Jackline and George Amboka.
Dennis attended Kholera Primary School and later St. Mathias Kholera Secondary School before proceeding to Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, where he graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
He began his professional career at Metropol Corporation Limited in 2015 and served as a Business Systems Analyst at the time of his demise.
A Requiem Mass will be held on Tuesday, 17th March 2026 at 2:00 PM at Don Bosco Catholic Church Upper Hill.
The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Referral Funeral Home on Thursday, 19th March 2026.
A Holy Mass will then be held on Friday, 20 th March 2026 at 10:00 AM at St. Mathias Kholera Sub‑Parish.
After the mass, the cortege will proceed to Dennis’ home in Matua Village for prayers and vigil.
The burial ceremony will take place on Saturday, 21st March 2026, at his home in Matua Village from 9:00AM.
