It is with profound sadness and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Beatrice Wanjiru Muriuki of P.C.E.A. Ngong Hills Secondary School on 11 th March 2026 at Nairobi West Hospital.
Beatrice was the beloved wife of Muriuki Karuiru and loving mother of Jimmi Karuiru, Angela Gathigia and Tony Waruta. A cherished daughter of Stephen Waruta and Grace Ruguru. Daughter in-law of the late Karuiru Muchiri and Lydiah Gathigia.
Dear sister of the late Eliud Mwangi, Purity Wangari, Daniel Gichaga, David Mugweru, Lillian Wacera, John Waithaka, Beatrice Wairuri, Florence Wanja, Gladys Wairimu and Jennifer Wothaya. Sister in- law of Millicent Ithagi, Mary Kihara, Janester Nyamu, Alice Kamau, Maina Karuiru,Wahome Karuiru and Kinyua Karuiru.
A beloved aunt, cousin and friend of many.
Family and friends will meet on Monday at All Saints Cathedral from 5.00 to 7.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday 17th March 2026 at Nairobi Baptist Church, Ngong Road at 9.45am.
Wednesday meeting will be held at the same venue at 5.00pm.
The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral home, Mbagathi on Thursday, 19th March 2026 at 6:00am.
Burial will take place at Kirima Location, Igwa Miti ward, Nyahururu on the same day.
Beatrice, you fought the good fight, finished the race and kept the faith.
