It is with humble acceptance that we announce the demise of Mama Lydia Itumbi Mwangangi on Thursday 5th March 2026 after a short illness.
She was daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs.Kiasyo and sister of Beatrice Syombua. She was wife of the late David Mwangangi Soi.
Beloved mother of the late Michael, Rither, Ruth, the late Kitonga, Eric, Amos and Lilian.
Grandmother of Dennis, Carol, Tracy, Sharon, Linet, Britney, Gabriel, David, Davis, Liam, Joshua, Livingstone and favor.
Great grandmother of Tamara, Payton, Nolan.
Mother in-law of the late Winfred, the late Patrick Kithinji, Muswii, Lydia, Purity and George.
The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home Machakos on Wednesday, 18th March 2026 for a funeral service at Itheuni Primary School, Matungulu sub-county, Machakos County, thereafter burial at her home in Itheuni Village, Kambusu sub-location.
