It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Rose Kajuju Kiangura, formally of the Ministry of Agriculture, Kilimo House, which occurred on 6/02/2026 at Coptic Hospital Nairobi.
Daughter of the late M’Muthamia M’Mugaine (Kibabai) and the late Martha Nkirote and Monica Ncurubi of Kioru Village, Mikumbune, Meru.
Loving mother of Denis and Sarah Kimathi, Carol Kathambi, Evans Kirimi, Stephen and Sonia Mutuma. Doting grandmother of Jasmine Makena, Debbie Nkatha, Johari Muriuki, Sean Mugambi, Anna Wanjiku and Naomi Kiende.
Sister of George, Albert, Mugaine, the late Esther, Jennifer, the late Matagu, Lucy, Peninah, Isaac, Moses, Stephen, the late Mary, the late Gacheri, the late Riungu, the late Maruri, Kaburu, Nyamu, Muthomi, Kajuju, late Karuku and Ndumba.
Sister-in-law of Priscila, Enid, Josephine, Kirimi, Mbobua, Catherine, Mwamba, Koome, Jane, Lucy, Zipporah, late Gitobu, Kobia, Mary, Margaret, Doris, Eunice, Margret, Jakim, Kinoti, Biugi, Stephen and the late Charity Kiambi, Francis and Gacheri Muraa, Edward and the late Alice Gitonga, Benjamin and Kanyua Gituma, and Francis and Jacinta Koome.

Family and friends are meeting at her home in Ngong and at Mikumbune, Kibabai’s home everyday from Monday to Wednesday at 4:00pm for prayers.
The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home on Friday 13th February 2026 at 8:00am for the funeral service at CITAM Karen at 9:00am and burial at her home at Emanyatta village, Ngong hills.
