It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Councilor William Wambugu Wahome (WWW) Former Secretary General of KUDHEIHA.
Councilor Wambugu hails from Muthua-ini Sub-location, Nyeri County. Son of the late Livingstone Wahome and late Fresiah Wangui.
Brother of the late Evaline Mugutu, late Benson Mutahi, Cecilia Ngambi, late Martha Nyawira, late David Gichohi, Hemdan Mathenge and Winnie Wanjiru.
Husband of Nancy Wanjiru and Teresia Njeri.
Father of Kenedy Wahome, Caroline Wangui, Martin Gathogo, Peris Muthoni and Peter Chege.
Father-in-law of Torsten, Elizabeth, Caroline and Bancy. Uncle and grandfather of many.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Muthua-ini starting at 4:00 pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.
The cortege leaves Nyeri Funeral Home – Outspan on 13th February 2026 at 9:00 am for a funeral service at his home in Muthua-ini, Karia from 10:30 am.
