It is with great sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Charles Salapei Leteipan, which occurred on Friday 6th February 2026, at The Aga Khan University Hospital – Nairobi.
He was a loving son of the late John Mark Leteipan and the late Sarah Nasieku Leteipan.
Beloved husband of Rachel Leteipan.
Son In-law of the late Mary Chepkemoi and the late Peter Maritim.
Cherished father of Naisula & Alvin Wetangula, Nashipae Leteipan, Meitamei Leteipan, and step-dad of Ashley, Larry, and Tamara.
Proud grandfather of Meikan Kigathi Gitaru and Taulai Masika Wetangula.
Brother of Jane Lesiew, Alex Leteipan, Joyce Kimojino, Dave Leteipan, Lucy Thande, Paul Leteipan, and Pauline Leteipan.
Brother-in-law of Vicky Leteipan, Carole Leteipan, Ishmael Thande and Rose Leteipan.
Uncle and friend to many.
Family and friends are meeting for prayers and funeral arrangements at the Leteipan Home, at Valley Arcade on Tuesday, February 10th, and Wednesday, February 11th, from 4:30 PM.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 12th at 11.00 am, at A.C.K St. Francis Church, Karen.
Burial Service will be held on Saturday, February 14th 2026, at 11.00 am, at Lele, Bissil, Kajiado County.
