It is with great sorrow and sadness that we announce the demise of Dr. Charles Irungu of South C Estate Nairobi.
Son of the late Isahiah Njuguna and the late Elizabeth Wangari Muturi. He was husband of the late Felistus Waitherero and Winnie Wanjiru.
Doting dad of Dr. Elizabeth Wangari, Brian Njuguna, Erick Chege and James Mwangi.
He is a brother of Jane Wambui, John Waweru, George Chege, Lucy Gitau, Christine Muthoni and the late James Mwangi late Margaret Njeri and the late William Kariuki all from Kangemi.
Uncle, grandfather and friend to many.
Funeral meetings are being held at his residence in South C and at his Uthiru 87 farm every evening from 6.00 pm.
The body will be taken from Umash Funeral Home on Saturday 31st January 2026 at 9.00 am for burial ceremony at his farm at Uthiru 87 from ten o’clock.
