It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mrs. Pauline Jane Njerenga of Kahawa Sukari Kiambu, which occurred on Friday 16th of January 2026 while undergoing treatment at Nairobi Adventist Hospital.
Beloved wife of the late Justin Njeru Njerenga. Daughter of the late Kamau Karukenya and late Marigu Ntharanu. Beloved mother of Kevin Kariuki Njerenga, Terry Wanjuki Njerenga, the late Peter Ndwiga Njerenga and Georgina Wawira Njerenga.
Daughter in-law of the late Joshua Peter Njerenga and the late Dionisia Wanjagi Njerenga. Mother-in-law of Kris Kimathi. Grandmother of Petra Nkirote, Paula Weruma, Jason Kimathi, Nathan Mutuma, Gabriel Njeru and Erica Nkatha.
She was a dear sister of the late Gladys Gitiri, the late Allan Kaburugi, Joseph Mwaniki and Naomi Igandu. Sister in-law and aunt to many.
Family and friends are holding meetings daily at her home in Kahawa Sukari.
There will be a requiem mass on Wednesday 28th January 2026 at 11.00am at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Kahawa Sukari.
Interment will take place on 30th January 2026 starting at 10:00am in Kyeni Village, Embu County.
