It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Esther Ngunya Kwinga who went to be with the Lord on 19th July 2025.
She was the daughter of the late John Mutiso Ndavu and the late Tabitha Nduku Mutiso. She was born in Kiliiku Village, Mbooni.
Wife of the late Frank Joseph Mutune Kwinga. Mother of Ndaisi, John Kavila, Waeni and Capt Michael Kwinga.
Mother-in-law of Angela Kavila and Edna Kwinga. Grandmother to Katanu, Kioko, Mwende, Mwendwa, Mali and Mwelu.
Sister of the late Mbatha Musau, the late David Kitetu, Rachel Mweni and Alice Katulu.
Sister in-law of the late Mwangangi and Nthemba, the late Andrew and Elizabeth Ndeti, the late Peter Kimeu Grace Kimeu, the late John Mbindyo and Sarah Mbindyo.
Cousin of Capt Peter Ndavu, Janet Ndoti, Susan Ngunze, Nzesya, Mbuli among many others.
In-law of the late Joseph Kaigutha, Cecelia Kaigutha and Peter and Anne Nduru.
Friends and family and meeting today the 23rd of July 2025 at All Saints Cathedral for fellowship and preparations.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, 26th July 2025, at ACK St. Mark’s Church, Westlands, starting at 10:00 AM.
Burial will be at the Kwinga family home in Nthangu Village,Wote, Makueni County on Saturday, 2nd August 2025.
The cortege will leave Lee Funeral home at 7:00 am for the burial service at 11:00 am.
