It is with deep sorrow that we announce the untimely demise of Lieutenant Colonel Jackson Maina Njuguna of the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) from Ithangarari, Gatanga Constituency, Murang’a County.
Lt Col Njuguna was the cherished son of Francis Njuguna Ng’ang’a and the Late Pauline Njeri Njuguna; loving and dedicated husband of Gift Otiato and father of Njeri Maina. He was the beloved brother of Harun Ng’ang’a, Joyce Ng’endo, Rebecca Gathoni, John Gachau, James Wanyoike and Esther Wanjiku.
Son-in-law of John Otiato and Dollyrose Otiato of Busia. He was cousin, nephew, and uncle to many.
Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and burial preparations at his house in Moi Airbase Eastleigh.
The Requiem Mass will be held at Moi Airbase ACK Church on Friday 19 th December 2025 from 10:00am.
The cortege will leave Mashujaa Funeral Home, Defence Forces Memorial Hospital on Saturday 20th December 2025 for a funeral service on the same day at Ithangarari Primary School.
Final interment will be held at his home in Ithangarari Village, Gatanga Constituency in Murang’a County.
