We regret to announce the sudden passing on of Eng. Joseph Muchiri, CEO LifePoint Hospital (Gitaru) and husband of Jane Muchiri (Wa Chris), Director LifePoint Hospital.
Father of Chris Kagwi and Nick Minai. He was son of the late Samwel Kagwi Muchiri and Hannah Wanjiku Kagwi.
He was brother of the late Vincent Kamau, James Mwangi, the late Lucy Wairimu, Peter Muriuki, David Muturi, Francis Gichuru, Jane Nyambura, Phillis Wanjira and the late Daniel Kinuthia.
He was son in-law of the late Benson Minai Munyinyi and Reginah Wanjiru Minai of Kagwe Ward, Lari Constituency. He was a cousin and an uncle to many.
Family and friends are gathering daily at his home in Karii, Muguga, Kabete Constituency, near Muguga Primary School, at 4.00 pm for prayers and burial arrangements.
There will be a requiem mass on Sunday, 7 December, 2025 in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Muguga starting at 2.00pm.
The burial will be held on Monday, 8 December, 2025 at their family farm in Miharati, Kipipiri Constituency (Nyandarua County)
