It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Mum, Peninah Wanjiru Karongo on 21st October 2025.
She is the wife of the late George Karongo Njoroge. Daughter of the late Alex Njenga and the late Eunice Wambui Njenga.
Dear mum of Nancy Njeri, David & Nancy Njoroge, Eunice, Alex & Ann Njenga, Alice Karongo, Fresiah Karongo, Kui and Andrew.
Adorable grandmother of Nina, Ryan &, Chiro, G.K Njoroge, GK Njenga, Shiru Njenga, Joe Njenga, Jayden Njenga, Casey &, George, Reggy & Kari, George Kinyanjui.
Sister of the late Peter Kinyanjui, the late Fresiah Gathoni, Leonard Muniu, Albert Mwaura, the late Lilian Wangari, Milkah Mukami, Esther Njambi, Walter Ngotho and Charles Kimani.
Aunt, cousin, cucu and a friend to many.
The funeral will be on Friday 31st October 2025 and the cortège will depart from Lee funeral home at 8.00am for the funeral service at Rev Stanley Kahahu Memorial PCEA church Limuru, from 10.00am, and thereafter the final burial rites at the family home in Limuru.
