With humble acceptance of God’s will, the family of the late Mzee Njeru Kagondu announces the passing of our beloved on 2nd September 2026, while undergoing treatment at Westlands Specialist Hospital after a short illness.
Late Mzee Njeru was the son of the late Ex-Senior Chief Japheth Kagondu and the late Mama Naomi Mbeere Japheth. He was the beloved husband of Mrs. Elizabeth Wanjiku Njeru.
He was the father of Kenneth and Susan Kamaru, Japheth and Pauline Kagondu, and Stephen Nyaga.
Cherished grandfather of Myles and Allen Kamaru, Jedd and Matt Kagondu, Taji and Tau Nyaga.
He was a brother of Edwin Nyaga, Alice Muthanje Ruriere, David Ndwiga (Twiki), Walter Murithi, Gitonga Kagondu, Sosely, Kamande, Njura, Francis, Karimi, Tharaa and the late Davis Njue, Rev. Milton, Hosea, Walter Njue, Sera, Mary Uganda and Catherine.
The cortege will leave TENRI Ena Funeral Home on 14th September 2026 at 7:30 a.m. and proceed to ACK St. Thomas Kanja Church, Embu East, Embu County, where the burial service will be held.
