It is with humble acceptance that we announce the death of Mr. Humphrey Wanjuki Gikonyo of Mombasa County and Amboni village, Mweiga location, Nyeri County which occurred on 11th September 2026 after a short illness.
Son of the late Geoffrey Gikonyo Gathua and Loise Kirigo, and Elizabeth Wanjiru and Catherine Nyaguthii.
Beloved husband of Esther Mumbi Wanjuki.
Loving father of Patrick Gikonyo, Loice Kirigo, Anthony Ndegwa, and Teresa Muthoni.
Grandfather of Lenkai Wanjuki, Leshan Geoffrey and Israel Wanjuki.
Friends and family are meeting daily at his Stadium home in Mombasa and in Mweiga, Nyeri for funeral arrangements.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, 11th September 2026 at his home in Amboni, Mweiga, starting at 10:00 a.m., and thereafter the burial will be at his farm at Amboni Village, Mweiga.
