It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Esther Njambi Mwaura on 2nd September 2026.
She was the daughter of the late Reuben Njoroge and the late Martha Wanjiru.
She was the wife of Dr. Joshua G Mwaura.
Cherished mother of Dr. Anne Mwaura (Mang’u High School), Kenneth and Susan Mwaura, Evelyn Gitachu and Newton King’ara, Faith Mwaura and Godfrey Gichuki, Edna Gitachu and Charity Mwaura.
Loving grandmother of Abigail King’ara, Wayne King’ara, Hope Murimi, Joshua Gitachu, Israel King’ara, Tabitha Wairuri, Samuel Mwangi, Esther Njambi.
Sister of the late Samson Kahungo, the late John Kamau, the late Dorcas Njeri, Marion Wangui, Mary Nyambura, the late Zakayo Macharia, the late Hellen Sally, the late Edward Matheri and Elizabeth Wanjiku.
Family and friends are meeting daily at her residence in Ngoingwa from 5:00 p.m.
There will also be a meeting at The All Saints Cathedral on Tuesday, 10th September 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
The cortege shall leave Montezuma Funeral Home (Kabati) on 10th September 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for the funeral service and burial at Gathanji next to Gathanji Primary School in Gatanga, Murang’a County.
