It is with great sorrow and profound sadness that we announce the passing on of Shujaa John Kiama Muriithi (Chief Fire Officer) County Government of Kirinyaga, which occurred on 28th September, 2025.
He was the beloved husband of the late Ferister Njeri Kiama and Leah Wakarima Kiama.
Son of Richard Muriithi Kiama, Mary Muthoni and Beatrice Muthoni.
A loving father of Richard Macharia, Christine Nyakio, Rahab Wanjiku and Linus King’ori.
He was brother of Loise Wakuthii, Late Stephen Muthii, Priscilla Wanjiku, Irene Karuana, Joyce Wangui and John Kiama.
He was grandfather of Emmaculate, Travis, Liza, Myla, Zyla, Granna, Owen, Austin, Monarisa, Abigael,Wacera & Ariana.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his residence in Gakui Kibingo and Kerugoya Catholic Ground from 4:00 p.m
The cortege will leave Ack Mt. Kenya Funeral Home, Kerugoya, on Tuesday 07th October, 2025 at 9:00 a.m for funeral service at ACK Saint Clement Kibingo Church
Starting at 10:00 am and burial to follow thereafter at his home in Gakui Village.
