We wish to announce the untimely death of the late Mr. Vitalis Owira Amoth, which occurred on Saturday, 12 September 2026. The deceased was the son of the late Snr. Chief Amoth Owira and the late Marcella Opwapo Amoth.
Husband of the late Elizabeth Owira and Veronica Owira.
Father of Kevin Owira (Deputy Sub-County Commander, Yala), Beatrice Owira, Francesca Owira, Ruth Owira, Nancy Owira, Sharon Owira, Faith Owira, and Felix Owira.
The body is at Bama Hospital Mortuary, Siaya. Cortege will leave on Friday, 25 September 2026 and taken to Mbaga Parish for the requiem mass. Thereafter, it will be taken to his home in Segere Village, Owando-B Sub-location, Central Alego Location, Siaya County, for night vigil. The burial will be on Saturday 26th September 2026.
