It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of David Nguchine Riungu, which occurred on 8th September 2026 after a long illness bravely borne.
David was the son of the late Colonel Nguchine Rubiine and the late Joyce Ngitori Muchungi.
He was the husband of Elizabeth Nduru.
Father of Anne & Victor, Martin, Catherine & Paul, and Caroline. Foster father of Kevin Gitonga.
Grandfather of Kwame, Tweri, Nkirote, Danny and Lisa.
The requiem mass will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Kileleshwa on Tuesday 15th September 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home, Mbagathi Way, on Wednesday 16th September 2026 at 6:00 a.m. for funeral service at St Dominic Savio Church, Subuiga, Meru at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will follow thereafter at his Subuiga Farm.
