Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the tragic loss of our colleague and friend, Rufus Buku Gikonyo, who went to be with the Lord on Sunday, 14th September, 2025, through a tragic road accident.
Rufus was the beloved son of the late John Gikonyo Buku and Emmah Waigwe.
He was a devoted husband of Beatrice Njeri Irungu and a loving father of Kyton Gikonyo Buku and Nilan Irungu Buku.
He was also a brother of Joyce Nyambura and Kelly Muthoni Gikonyo.
Rufus was a valued and beloved staff member of the Christian Health Association of Kenya family (CHAK), where he served as a logistics officer.
The cortege will leave Kangema Level 4 Mortuary and proceed for the funeral service at their home in Mathioya Sub-county, Muranga County on Saturday 20th September, 2025.
